Satella is a private, local-first home for your financial life. It brings bank accounts, brokerage accounts, exchanges and on-chain wallets into one portfolio that runs entirely on your machine. No account, no cloud, no telemetry.
Data lives in an encrypted Vault: an Argon2id-derived key and AES-256-GCM over the whole SQLite database, so connector credentials never touch disk in plaintext. Read-only connectors sync Interactive Brokers, Kraken, OKX and EVM wallets (through viem), and an MCP server lets a local AI agent read the unlocked portfolio.
It is a pnpm monorepo: an Effect HTTP engine, a React 19 UI built on TanStack Router, Query and Form, and one package per connector. Source code is on GitHub.
